Mt. Baldy (May 22, 2004):
Mt. Baldy is actually named Mt. San Antonio, and has an elevation of 10064 feet.

White Mountain (August 7, 2002):
White Mountain is the highest "mountain bike trail" in California. Some (many) parts of it are not much of a mountain bike trail and required us to push our bikes. I had a pretty serious wreck, three miles into it, but was ok enough to finish the trip. Lesson learned: always bike in control!
• Here is Howard taking a break on our drive there. There is a LONG gravel road to the trail-head.

Mount Whitney (August 25 and 26, 2001):

  Pike's Peak (June 24, 2000):
• MAN! That is a long ways away! (The trail is 13 miles each way)
