In the late evening, on November 12, at St. Pete Beach on the gulf side of Florida, I asked Robin Vance to marry me--she accepted.

 

As of November 29th:
We are tentatively planning on getting married this June in California.

 

When we got engaged we had been seeing each other for about a year and four months.  I have been traveling to Florida on a monthly basis since July, when she started working at the Florida Hospital in Orlando.  Whether we will live in Florida or California after we get married is still undecided--a minor detail in the grand scheme of things, I guess.

Before we got engaged we took a lot of pictures with the sunset.

After we got engaged, we tried to take a self-portrait.

The next day we took some nice pictures.  We had a friend take these pictures in front of Robin's house.
